We connect and train individuals with disabilities while partnering with companies to create inclusive job opportunities. Through workplace training, employer education, and life skills classes, we empower individuals to thrive and help businesses build stronger, more inclusive teams.
Our Foundations Package includes a team member accompanying the individual to their workplace for three sessions. These visits focus on orientation, helping them learn the basics of their role, and easing the first-day nerves. It’s the perfect option for those who need just a little extra support getting started.
The Readiness Package includes ongoing workplace guidance, skill reinforcement, and consistent communication with both family and employer. This tier reflects the depth of prep and progress tracking you’re providing throughout the process.
Our Career Path Package provides long-term, comprehensive support. Alongside the 10 on-site sessions, you can include extras like a written progress plan, employer consultation/training, and follow-up check-ins. This positions you as not just offering help, but delivering a transformative service.
